Social can build trust, and spread your marketing through friends of friends.
But first let me tell you about my client Mary.

She was a very successful realtor 10 years ago but had to take some time off due to health challenges.
Thankfully she is on the mend and is looking to ramp up her real estate business once again.
Times have changed in 10 years and the real estate marketing game is quite different than it was.

- Once connected follow up and provide value. This can be done through articles, posts and information that they will find valuable and make their lives easier when it comes to the home search process. Don’t be "salesy" … just provide value and aim to help them.
- Bring the conversation offline. Sounds a little odd but this is where you’ll convert the relationship to a sale. P.S You’ll need to ask for the sale of course.
- Ask for the referral. Putting these on your website, your LinkedIn profile and any other marketing provides proof to new customers what an amazing job your doing to solve their housing needs.
