WRITE A COMPELLING BIO. Most clients will search you online before deciding to work with you. With clients being more tech savvy than every, I’m sure that’s no surprise Your LinkedIn profile will be one of the top sites to pop up so you better make a stellar first impression. Make sure it gives a clear representation of how you are unique and exactly why they’d want to work with you.
FIND THE ONE THING THAT MAKES YOU, YOU! Everyone has individuality and real estate is one of the best industries to allow you to express that individuality in your business.
Do you donate a part of your commission to help others in your local community?
Do you host a monthly happy hour for past clients?
Do you send your clients a monthly update of community news (not sales related but really interesting opportunities to learn or engage with other neighbours)?
